All Cat or Kittens are sold on a contract and no exceptions to that.
Policy
Magic Whiskers
guarantees our kittens and cats to be healthy at the time of purchase and for 72 hours after.
It is the
Buyers responsibility to provide care from that point forward.
If the Buyer has any health concerns, a letter from the Buyers Veterinarian
is required stating their concerns.
All of our kittens, cats, have a 1 year guarantee against
lethal congenital or genetic defects.
If a kitten should die or have to be destroyed
due to congenital or genetic defects before it is 1 year old, Magic Whiskers will replace the pet upon being provided an autopsy/necropsy report.
There will be no cash refunds and replacement of pet can take up to one year.
Buyer agrees to pay for return
shipping.
Buyer
agrees to vaccinate as appropriate. Magic Whiskers is not responsible for adverse reaction from subsequent vaccinations.
Purchase price does
not include shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and health certificate charges.
We require a deposit to reserve a kitten or cat. The
deposit is non refundable if you change your mind for any reason.
We also require
the kitten or cat to be paid for in full before the date of shipping.
We do have the right to refuse to sell and place a pet of ours with any individual whom we decide too.
We are selective about the placement of our pets and also of our breeders.
If you want to buy
from our bloodlines as a breeder please talk to us about it and we will see if terms can be reached. Do not assume
that you have breeding rights with the purchase of a pet quality animal. Breeders are carefully picked and placed in
their homes.
